1. Are your rugs handmade or machine made
Our rugs are 100% hand-knotted by skilled artisans in Pakistan. Each piece takes 3-6 months to complete, which makes every rug unique with slight variations in pattern and color.
2. How do I clean and maintain my rug
Vacuum regularly without a beater bar. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth. We recommend professional cleaning once a year. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
3. Do you offer custom sizes and returns
Yes! We can make custom sizes in 4-6 weeks. If you’re not 100% happy, we offer 14-day easy returns. Shipping is free for orders over $500.
